Studio Space

The music studio is located on the top floor with an unobstructed 180 degree view from Mount Baker to the north and Mount Rainier to the south and beyond. The space has awesome acoustics which were dialed in and adjusted by a well-known Seattle sound professional.

Music studio space includes:

• Full PA including mics, mixer, speakers

• Drum kit

• Bass and electric guitars

• Brass instruments available upon request (including Euphonium, Trombone, Baritone, Trumpet)

• Great room with full kitchen and bathroom

• Large deck and hot tub

Sleeping Accommodations

The bottom floor can be rented out along with a Music Studio reservation.  

Sleeping accommodations and bottom floor includes:

• Large bedroom with queen bed, dresser with mirror, and closets

• Family room with large entertainment center and fireplace

• Full kitchen

• Bathroom with shower

• Laundry room

Outdoor Entertainment and Ammenities

• Bocce court

• Flower gardens

• Seating areas
